Our booking calendar service is provided by Calendly.com
Bookings made through this service are subject to Calendly’s terms and privacy policy.
Booking payments will be made through a secure third party payment gateway, such as Stripe or PayPal. Transactions will be subject to these gateway providers terms and policies.
Bookings may be taken via email or phone call, or at the time of a video lesson or in person. These bookings are still covered by the same terms and cancellation policies as online bookings.
Bookings should be paid for at time of booking, or in some cases of multiple bookings and lesson packages, paid for before the booking of specific dates and times.
Cancellation policy
We have a 24hr booking cancellation policy. Booking cancellations can be made up until 24hrs before the lesson. Lesson fees will not be refunded or transferred if cancellation is made without the necessary period of notice.

You have the right to cancel or reschedule lessons, within the terms of our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or cease working with a customer if we feel the need to do so for any reason. We will offer a refund for any lessons still within the cancellation period.
If a lesson is terminated mid way through for any reason other than our error or technical issue, we reserve the right to not offer a refund or reschedule.
